Tonight we took a break from the endless fun that is moving house and headed to Fremantle for dinner. Under the Bridge Freo Food Trucks is pretty much exactly what it sounds like, a group of Food Trucks that gather Monday nights through summer near the East Street Jetty serving up delicious food and live tunes. I know, it’s technically Autumn but when the weather is still warm and the nights are this stunning, it makes sense they would extend it. (On until April 2 if your keen and in the area)
The kids had a ball dancing to the live band, chasing seagulls and throwing stones into the river. Hubs and I had tacos while the kids had their all-time favourite meal of burgers and fries. Curly fries to be exact, which I think was a first for them and quite possibly a new obsession. As if the evening wasn’t perfect enough, a few dolphins swam right on by, showing off to everyone on the river bank, and who doesn’t love dolphins. Freo, I love you.
A dancing fool
Nice burgers, Gary.
Fly my pretties!
The kids informed me that this may or may not be Schnitzel Von Crumb (you know, with the very low tum)
This little peanut forgot his shoes. Well, when I say he forgot his shoes, I mean I asked him to put his shoes on and he flat out ignored me forgot them.
Sunsets and bridges.
